PAYROLL PACKET
To fill out a payroll packet; please call Julie Willeck, 651-213-2090 and set up an appointment to come in and fill out the payroll paperwork.  This will take about 30 minutes.  Please bring with you your direct deposit account information because direct deposit is mandatory with the district and 2 forms of identification for the I9 form.  Your driver's license, social security card or passport are the best for this.  If you have questions, please call Julie at the above number.
