Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness (formerly called World's Best Workforce) is a plan that districts create annually to document steps they are taking to meet school readiness goals; close the academic achievement gap; have all students attain career and college readiness before graduating from high school; have all students graduate from high school; prepare all students to be life-long learners.
