Welcome to Chisago Lakes School District

Welcome to Wildcat Country!  Our school year is off to a great start with approximately 3,450 students in our classrooms on the first day of school.  Enrollment continues to climb at Chisago Lakes and we, as a staff, are humbled, thankful, and privileged to be working with an increasing number of such great students coming from great families!

As with every new school year, we have goals we are focusing on as a District to continue our commitment to a Growth Mindset.  We have three goals that we believe every student and staff member can contribute to:

Goal #1: The Chisago Lakes staff and students will work together to increase the personal safety of every person in ISD2144.

Goal #2: The Chisago Lakes staff and students will work together to ensure that every student has an advocate at school.

Goal #3: The Chisago Lakes School District will engage staff and parents in defining and designing plans to increase student’s critical thinking skills.

Writing our goals down is an important step toward reaching them.  However, it is the actions and accountability that go with them that will make the difference.  We have a student body and staff that is second to none. I have no doubt, that by working together, we will be successful in our pursuit!
